Aptisi Management Journal provides a platform for the publication of scientific research in management. This journal welcomes the original empirical investigation. This paper can represent different theoretical perspectives and different methodological approaches. They can refer to all levels of age and to the diversity of instructional and instructional settings, from class to informal learning. They may rely on a full spectrum of established methodologies, from laboratory experiments to field observations. The main criteria in the review and selection process involve significance of contributions to the field of Management. Purely methodological studies (eg, instrument validation) are more suitable for other specialized journals and descriptions of the learning environment (eg, curriculum plan) are more suitable for practitioners’ journals.
